By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and professional relationship between Max Star Garage and our valued clients. There are terms and conditions of Max Star Garage.
- Service Scope:
We provide truck repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, tire services, brake repairs, engine and transmission services, and emergency assistance. - Appointments:
Book in advance via phone, email, or website. Walk-ins accepted but subject to availability. Please notify us 24 hours before cancelling. - Estimates:
Estimates are given after inspection. Final costs may change if additional problems are found. No extra work is done without approval. - Authorization:
Work begins only after you approve it in writing or verbally. Fleet clients must appoint authorized representatives. - Parts Policy:
OEM parts are used where possible. Aftermarket or reconditioned parts used only with client’s consent. Customer-supplied parts have no warranty. - Payments:
Full payment is required at pickup. We accept cash, cards, and bank transfers. Business accounts can apply for billing arrangements. - Vehicle Pickup:
Collect your vehicle within 48 hours after service completion. Storage charges may apply after 48 hours. - Warranty:
30-day labour warranty. Parts warranty follows the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty void if the truck is tampered with after service. - Customer Responsibility:
Provide accurate truck info. Remove valuables before service. Keep all service receipts and documents safe. - Liability:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, personal items, third-party parts failure, or indirect damages. - Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, parts shortages, power cuts, or government actions. - Service Termination:
We may refuse service for abusive behaviour, safety concerns, or non-payment history. - Privacy:
Your data is safe with us. We use your information only for service communication and do not share it without permission.
